Treasurer: Marlaina Hrosch, LVT, VTS(ECC)

I found my passion for emergency veterinary medicine after becoming an RVT in 2014 and obtained my VTS (ECC) in 2020. I have spent the majority of my career working in emergency, including emergency and specialty referral hospitals and academia. I have published on the topic of emergency trauma care and present on ECC topics including trauma, toxicology, anesthesia, medical math, and commonly seen emergencies. I became a RECOVER Certified BLS/ALS Instructor in June 2022. I currently work for Veterinary Emergency Group as the Senior Manager of Nursing Education and am working to provide growth pathways for new and established technicians within the company.
